2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use PakiPrint.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2.2 Restrictions

• Use PakiPrint for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload, share, or print content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains harmful material (e.g., viruses, malware).
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the security of our platform.

3. Uploaded Files

Files uploaded to PakiPrint are securely stored and can only be accessed by the print shop owner and the customer who uploaded them. Files are automatically deleted after 15 days and will not be retained beyond this period. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• PakiPrint retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including design, code, and branding.
• You retain ownership of any files or content you upload to the platform. By uploading files, you grant PakiPrint a temporary, non-exclusive license to process and fulfill your print job.

5. Payment and Refunds

• All payments made through PakiPrint are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
• Disputes regarding print quality or service must be resolved between the customer and the print shop. PakiPrint serves as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of printed materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

PakiPrint is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or suitability of our platform for your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PakiPrint shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access to files.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PakiPrint, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of PakiPrint is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Suspension or Termination
