3. Uploaded Files

Files are securely stored and only accessible to you and the print shop. Files are deleted after 15 days. You are responsible for ensuring your files comply with the law and third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• PakiPrint retains ownership of all platform-related intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of uploaded files but grant PakiPrint a temporary license to process your order.

5. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Print disputes must be resolved with the shop. PakiPrint is a facilitator, not a provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

PakiPrint is provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability or suitability and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PakiPrint from any claims or damages due to:
